What About Time Dots ?

What about them?

If you're asking if time can be quantized (a dot), meaning some absolute minimum fundamental interval represented by an integer the answer is that there is no theory that suggests that it exists. There's none that says that it doesn't exist.

Other than that your question is pretty vague. What the heck is a time ring or string? (Please don't reference string theory. That's a theory of particles and forces.)
