Welcome! It depends a bit on your budget and what kind of material you want to print. Generally speaking, I've heard a lot of good things about the Creality Ender series though:
This is all for FFF printing, where molten plastic is forced out of a nozzle. There's a second type called SLA< which uses liquid resin and special lights to harden it layer by layer. You can get the MOST detailed prints out of this. It's what you'd want to use to print things like RPG minis and figurines:
I will highly recommend these 3d printer for jewelry as a starter, but from the experience of others who have bought similar printers I would recommend getting a model with auto bed leveling.
We researched and got a Prusa for our son. He is currently working out a space in the house and a proper bench/table for it to sit on, so we have not yet assembled it. We had to order direct, shipping was pretty reasonable and did not take too long either
