I had a supervisor one time that when employees got into arguments he would make them hug each other and say there sorry. Basicly treating them like kids. And if they didn't hug and say they were sorry he sent them home. I don,t know about the legality of this but he did it. I made it a point not argue with anyone at work. But I will say it was funny watching fully grown men hug each other and say there sorry.
