Seeing ghost or spirts

Since I was 18 I noticed that I was not alone. I have seen many ghosts. Sometimes if happens on a regular day. Usually before I go to bad or it seems to happen in dangerous situations. I actually see a floating spirit. I have seen them for years. Sometimes when I try to talk mentally to one of them. I'm not hearing voices and I am coming up with thoughts that related to my question. At first I was scared of ghost. But over the years I have change. Now I want to know more about them. I have notice they show up when I had gotten hurt. Does any one here familiar with ghost? I have been around them for a long time. Can these sprits help us or do they want to help us. Are the here to help us or not. I tend to believe that they want to help us
